By purchasing, accessing, downloading, or using any product or service from us, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our products.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCT DEFINITION & DELIVERY

All items sold on our website and CRM—including templates, guides, PDFs, courses, trainings, digital downloads, and virtual resources—are digital products.

  • No physical items will be shipped.

  • Delivery is considered complete once the product is emailed, downloaded, or accessed through the delivery link, portal, or CRM.

  • Products are delivered instantly to the email you provide during checkout.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check their inbox, spam folder, promotions tab, and ensure their email address is entered correctly.

2. NO REFUNDS FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the immediate delivery of digital content, all sales are final.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Failure to review product descriptions

  • Not achieving desired results

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Not using or completing the product

  • Forgetting to cancel a subscription

  • Claims of “I didn’t receive it” when our system shows access or download

Once the file is delivered or accessed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

3. LIMITED REFUND ELIGIBILITY (CASE-BY-CASE)

Refunds may be considered only for:

4. USER RESPONSIBILITY & ACKNOWLEDGMENT

  • You have access to the device/software required to use the product (ex: Canva, Notion, PDF reader).

You also acknowledge that:

5. DELIVERY PROOF, ACCESS LOGS & TRACKING CONSENT

  • Access logs

  • Device/location indicators

  • Delivery confirmation data

This information is used solely for:

  • Order processing

  • Fraud prevention

  • Chargeback disputes

  • Technical support

This data may be submitted to payment processors as evidence in the event of disputes.

6. CHARGEBACK & FRAUD POLICY

Filing a chargeback after receiving a digital product is considered friendly fraud and is strictly prohibited.

If you initiate a chargeback:

  • Your access to all products, portals, and services will be revoked.

  • All evidence of delivery, downloads, access logs, IP addresses, and prior interactions will be provided to your bank.

  • We reserve the right to pursue theft-of-service claims if applicable.

  • Repeat offenders may be banned from future purchases.

You agree NOT to initiate a chargeback for any reason covered by our No‑Refund Policy.

Required Statement Added to All Disputes

This clause allows you to copy/paste it to Stripe/PayPal and proves your customer agreed to it.

“Initiating a chargeback after receiving digital goods constitutes friendly fraud. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledged our Terms, which state that digital products are non-refundable and that access logs and delivery records may be used as evidence. We request that disputes filed under these conditions be denied to maintain the integrity of digital commerce.”

7. DOWNLOAD LIMIT POLICY

Digital products may include download limits (example: 5 downloads per purchase).
This protects against:

  • Fraudulent file sharing

  • Unauthorized distribution

  • Misuse of digital materials

If you exceed the limit, you must contact support to request a reset.

Download overages are considered proof of delivery, proof of access, and proof of product receipt.

8. COPYRIGHT & USAGE RIGHTS

All digital products purchased from Seaux Wealthy Enterprises are protected under U.S. Copyright Law.

You MAY:

  • Use the product for personal business use

  • Edit templates for your brand

You MAY NOT:

  • Resell

  • Redistribute

  • Gift

  • Republish

  • Claim as your own

  • Offer as part of a competing product or service

Unauthorized use will result in legal action.
